Determined to prepare a video that will show the world exactly what's been going on, she dodges the long arm of the KGB and falls into bed with a Communist bureaucrat.

After a cab driver is found dead, a young pub employee is framed for the murder and is sent to jail for 8 years. When he comes out on parole, a young lawyer takes up the case to prove his innocence.

Follows Rim Chul-ryung heading back to South Korea in pursuit of a brutal and secret criminal organization. He teams up again with Kang Jin-tae, who volunteers to work with the North Korean in order to get back on the investigation team after a mistake landed him in the cyber crime department.
